Factor and cluster analysis of tartary buckwheat resources

摘要
Factor and cluster analysis were carried out on the 12 agronomic characters of 53 tartary buckwlieat resources from Shaanxi province. Six main factors (their cumulative contribution achieved to 80.17%) were chose as comprehensive indexes by the factor analysis, and then systematic cluster analysis was conducted. The result indicated that while the genetic distance reached 7.46, tartary buckwheat accessions can be divided into five categories of the width grain category, the lodging resistance category, the grain-used category, the big grain and non-lodging resistance category and the thick-peel category, which benefited to select excellent tartary buckwheat resources and improve yield and character of tartary buckwheat.
