摘要：

Packed columns have become increasingly important for rectification in the past years. Research activities in distillation and in developing distillation equipment have led to high-capacity packings as well as to the sandwich-packing. The sandwich packing advantageously combines a number of characteristics of tray and packed columns. This work was aimed at was investigated the fluid dynamic behavior of the sandwich packing experimentally and theoretically.
