摘要：
E-commerce and reverse logistics gradually are attached greater importance by enterprise, the correct reverse logistics can decrease the cost and increase the income. In this article, we started with the characteristic of reverse logistics in E-commerce Environment and explained the flow of it, then mainly analyzed the mode to establish the effective reverse logistics system in E-environment, discussed the relative strategies of the system establishment.
