Production of the Higgs boson associated with a top quark pair in the left-right twin Higgs model

摘要
In the left-right twin Higgs (LRTH) model, we first examine the effects on the t (t) over barh production at the ILC and LHC. Our results show that in the allowed parameter space, the absolute values of the relative correction can be significantly large and thus provide a good test for the LRTH model. We also estimate the new production channel of t (T) over barh or T (t) over barh at the LHC and find that, with reasonable parameter values of the LRTH model, the values of the total hadronic cross-section can reach the level of 10(2) fb. The dominant decay mode T -> phi(+)b -> t (b) over barb, with h -> b (b) over bar (or h -> W+W-) can make the processes pp -> t (T) over barh+T (t) over barh give rise to the t (t) over bar bb (b) over bar(b) over bar (or t (t) over bar bbW(+)W(-)) final state, which has less background than h (t) over bart production, and thus this new channel may likely be observable at the LHC.
