摘要
The flotation process is a complex and time consuming process, which frequently fluctuates owing to quantities of factors and some parameters are difficult to be obtained directly and accurately. In view of the characteristics of this process, the FAHP-extension grey correlation analysis strategy is proposed to evaluate the flotation conditions with multi-source uncertainty factors. Firstly, a multi-level flotation state index system is constructed, which is evaluated from low to high, and the weight of each index is calculated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). By introducing the concept of extension, a scalable grey relational analysis model is established to quantify the degree of association between the current flotation state and the optimal state interval. Then, the short-time historical state information and the optimal state index information are used to evaluate the current flotation conditions, in this way the dynamic timing characteristics of the flotation state information are fully utilized and the anti-disturbance capability is significantly enhanced. Finally, simulations and industrial applications validate the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed strategy in comparison to several existing methods.
