摘要：

This paper aims to identify the teaching competences that Spanish universities consider essential to define the role of teaching staff and, based on their analysis, to establish a system of quality assessment indicators for teaching, specifically, in the fourth phase of this research, were the object of analysis by a group of experts and professionals from the LIFE Laboratory of the University of Geneva.
