摘要
Software Process Improvement (SPI) is acknowledged as an essential part of the software development life cycle. Software development process for successful organizational change asserted to have convincing effect on the software process. This paper investigates the selection criteria for successful software process in the context of organizational change factors. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) has been used to identify 40 studies published during 2009 to 2016. Consequently, 7 organizational factors and 3 software models have been identified. Furthermore, 5 SPI approaches have also been presented. The organizational factors, software models and SPI approaches, investigated in this paper, are highly valuable for the students, practitioners and researchers of the domain.
