摘要
It has been estimated that in Europe 3 million tones of thermal insulation waste in total are generated every year. This equals to 3,6 tones per capita in Western Europe, 4,5 tones per capita in Central Europe and 6,5 tones per capita in Eastern Europe. These figures for the total waste in groups of countries are a highly aggregated indicator that can hide the waste generation profile of each country. Manufacturing industry, construction and demolition activities, mining and quarrying are the main economic sectors contributing to total waste in Europe. Several countries may not generate sufficient quantities of certain wastes for treating them in an economically efficient way. A large potential for co-operation exists between countries, especially in Eastern Europe and NIS. For materials produced from manufacturing industry wastes will increase the reuse of waste in whole Europe. The purpose of this research was created ecological thermal insulation material from industrial waste. The work was done in co-operation with Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania and Izhevsk State Technical Univeristy, Russia. As a result of the research the ecological thermoisolation material was created from industrial waste.
