摘要：

Supply chain management has become a tool to gain the competitive advantage. Supplier selection is one of the most important aspects as to. Firstly, the paper reviews many literatures in supplier selection. Then, it introduces the TOPSIS theory and the procedures in supplier selection application. Finally, a case is studied that a typical dress company applies the TOPSIS to select its supplies.
