摘要：
This article addresses the licensing process for the use and cultivation of Cannabis in Colombia in light of the legislation in force, the challenges regarding the production of finished products derived from cannabis, and the regulation of Cannabis products other than those used for medicinal or research purposes. Any progress in the field of cannabis is the result of the joint work of different scientific disciplines aimed at achieving a better characterization of this domesticated plant. However, these advances will only have a real practical application that benefits society if the regulation allows it.
