摘要
Our aim is to intersect two correlations, based on a debate about what man is (his own, his concept) in Derrida: 1) the correlation between the inhuman and the reflection that Derrida proposes about psychoanalysis; 2) the issue of human rights (supra-national) and the sovereignty of nation-states. This ethical-political thought requires the deconstruction of the concept of sovereignty and a crossing of the thought of cruelty. Our question will be to overcome an aporia: how cruelty and sovereignty - which escape ethics - can be thought of from an ethical point of view, opening up to the perspective of human rights?
