摘要
In order to discuss the influence of equipment failure on the production schedule and equipment utilization rate in the pull production environment, a multi-objective integrated optimization problems of preventive maintenance planning and flexible job-shop scheduling model is established. The model is to minimize both the maximum completion time and the total equipment ' s workload. In this article an improved genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem. The multi-objective optimization model was compared with independent maintenance model to verify its superiority, and the multi-objective improved GA can find more Pareto solutions for the decision maker. Finally the example calculation shows that the integrated optimization can find the solution with shorter completion time, eliminate waste and improve production efficiency.
