Features of Development of Russian Garbage Treatment Clusters through the Implementation of Methods of Project Management

The article deals with the analysis of implementation process of some project management elements in the management system of native garbage treatment companies. The unique aspects of development are revealed and assessment of potential of garbage treatment clusters in Russia is carried out, the tendencies which have developed in this market are noted. High attention to the strategic development questions in this sphere are given. It should be noted that today garbage treatment industry of our country has not the best times where project-based approach to a solution is practically not applied and does not develop in this connection attention is paid to strategic issues of development of this industry. Contrastive analysis of key indicators on production of garbage between Russia and other developed foreign countries is carried out. Also financial calculations necessary for justification of success of implementation of projects on construction of garbage treatment clusters are presented in article. The conclusion was as a result drawn that similar projects act it is necessary aspect for development of both economic, and utility spheres of life of society that will cause improvement of the country in general.
