摘要
Previous studies on the competitiveness of enterprises give insufficient attention for technological innovation capability in construction industry. In fact, technological innovative capability has a major impact on the competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, the index of technological innovative capability is firstly explored. Then, Analytic Hierarchy Process factor analysis is used to evaluate the technological innovative capability of 8 enterprises in construction. Factor Analysis is used to evaluate the technological innovative performance of 7 enterprises in construction secondly. The relationship between technological innovative capability and performance are discussed by correlation analysis thirdly. Finally, four proposals are put forward to improve technological innovative capabilities in the construction industry.
