The Work Methodological (TM); having in bill the perceptions of the educational fellows in the different educational levels. The ideas here expressed they are endorsed by our own experiences in the Educational Practice of the Cuban context. In the work of field of our group of investigators, they were carried out observations, visits to different institutions of the municipality of Cienfuegos, were also carried out interviews to teachers, professors, and of course, directive. They offer important approaches on a matter that deserves to be assisted in the current moments of conceptual changes and transformations outlined by the III Improvement of the National System of Education. On this base the authors are able to identify essential elements that should characterize what we have given in calling "Recognized Professional Methodological Leadership". That is personological and at the same time kind of an integration of the formality and informality in the system of relationships among the implied fellows.
