摘要
In order to meet the higher requirements of medical equipment for high-voltage pulse power supply, this paper proposes an all-solid steep front bipolar high-voltage pulsed power supply based on Improved Marx generator. It adopts the scheme of parallel connection of an all-solid Marx generator and a H-bridge solid-state modulator to form bipolar pulse. Through simulation and prototype testing, system functions have been basically achieved. The output waveform shows that the high-voltage pulse power supply can deliver up to 300kV bipolar pulses,with 70ns rising edge, and in excess of 1kHz repetition frequency.
