摘要
Configuration of milk protein fiber was observed by SEM. Milk protein fiber is a profile-fiber with little holes in its section and grooves in its surface. Analysis of milk protein fiber by X-ray diffraction showed that it was composed of crystal portion, where PVA arranged regularly, and amorphism portion of milk protein. Test and study for the properties such as moisture and mechanics indicated that milk protein fiber was an excellent textile material covering the merit of silk and synthetic fiber.
