摘要：
[GRAPHICS] 2-Amino C-glycerolipid Ib was synthesized by using the Ramberg-Backlund rearrangement as the key step. beta -C-Glycerolipid Ib exhibits in vitro antiproliferative effects strikingly similar to those of O-glycoside analogue 1a.
