摘要：

The paper presents an original interactive on-line tutorial for Engineering Graphics and Design. The tutorial was developed in response to the great need of help for students in engineering graphics. Learning materials and resources are essential components in all learning systems. By the time of this writing, the system is not fully operational yet. As the system goes on-line, it will be open fir free use and contribution by the engineering community.
