摘要
One-dimensional mesoporous CoP nanorods have been successfully synthesized via a facile hydrothermal method and subsequent low-temperature thermal phosphorization treatment. At a current density of 500 mAg(-1), CoP nanorods as anode materials for lithium ion batteries deliver a high discharge capacity of 894 mAhg(-1) after 300 cycles, with a coulombic efficiency of over 99%. Even at a high current rate of 4000 mAg(-1), the discharge capacity of the CoP electrode can still retain 467 mAhg(-1). The results suggest that the introduction of cobalt and the special mesoporous nanorods play important roles in enhancing the electrochemical properties. Therefore, this rodlike CoP electrode is competent as a promising anode material for high-performance lithium-ion batteries.
