The research of photocatalytic degradation of compound TiO2 film in dyeing wastewater

摘要
Photocatalytic degradation of nanocomposite TiO2 films in the dyeing wastewater was studied in this article. Nanometer TiO2 films Co\N codoped that adhered to the glass slides were prepared with normal temperature complexation method by using Tetrabutyl Titanate(TBT), Triethylamine(TEA) and cobalt dichloride hexahydrate. The XRD patterns of the TiO2 Co\N doped indicated that the sample exhibited sharp titanium ore characteristic peaks and characteristic peaks became wider. And the photocatalytic degradation of dyeing wastewater study of the compound mesoporous TiO2 thin film had been carried out. The result showed that the decolorization rate and CODcr degaration rate increased with the increasing quantity of compound TiO2 thin films, and they reached 75.4%, 72.1%, respectively, when the TiO2 dosing quantity was 10 g. It is expected that the TiO2 nanometer films Co\N codoped could have substantial applications in photocatalytic dyeing wastewater purification.
