摘要
With the rapid development of the global trade between china and the world, it is considered that China has now an increasingly high dependence on the global trades which occupies a very high level on the proportion. For instant, the need of iron ore in China is at the top priority across the world which hit a new peak of 64.55 million tons in September 2009 for it increased 65% compared to last September and 30% compared to August. Besides that, China has a huge need on most of other resources such as oil, gas and other kinds of ores. However, though the huge needs, China has gained no privilege on the bargaining, which directly lead to a relevantly low profit. The causes for that may be the following three: 1. the unreasonable industry pattern; 2. the surplus of the production capacity; 3. the underutilization of E-Market. This article is conducted to make the E-market a best utilization on the bargaining period for China's global trades especially the trade of iron ore for the E-market has strong points as the following three: 1. It can maximum the quantity of information collected; 2. It may bring more supplier; 3. The reverse auction can reduce the cost by the competitions through the suppliers. In this way, we hope to take precautions before it is too late.
