The paper answers the question whether the decision trees are an appropriate tool for the risk strategic decision-making. The paper describes the decision trees and their essential features, their expansion of simulation approaches and sensitivity analysis. The paper describes advantages and limitations of the decision trees and provides a brief overview of the software support.
