Uniqueness and structural stability for the Cattaneo-Christov equations

摘要
The recent modification of the Cattaneo equations proposed by Christov is analysed. The solution to both the initial and final value problems is shown to be unique. Further, it is shown that the solution to the backward in time problem depends continuously on the relaxation time. (C) 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
