摘要
The implementation of Solc fan and fold filters using sculptured thin films (STFs) is proposed and examined. A columnar inclination angle becomes available as a design parameter thereby. Tuning by means of infiltrating the filter by a fluid is possible, and the proposed STF Solc filters can serve as fluid concentration sensors. The impact of weak dissipation is shown to be weak.
