摘要
Standard-compliant testing of manufactured high-technology products is one of the most important production steps necessary for quality assurance. This paper considers the development of a hardware and software suite for portable electrocardiograph testing for compliance with the international standard IEC 60601-2-25: 2011. The software and hardware suite for electrocardiograph testing described here consists of an Arduino Mega 2560 board, a digital-to-analog converter, conditioning amplifiers, and a computer with the LabVIEW15 visual programming environment installed. The generator program is written in the Arduino C language. To establish compliance of frequency response of electrocardiograph with the standard, 4 types ofwaveforms were generatedwith different frequencies, which were selected from the standard-compliant band (21 frequency values in total). In the course of the work, portable electrocardiographs from various manufacturers were tested. The paper demonstrates that the hardware and software suite developed on the basis of microprocessor equipment and virtual instrument allows one to achieve cost-effective testing of portable electrocardiographs.
