摘要：

Direct cardiac trauma can cause complex valvular and myocardial injuries. The findings on myocardial perfusion scans of a repaired ventricular septal defect, a repaired anterior wall defect, and right ventricular hypertrophy secondary to a previous industrial accident are described.
