Problems in the Legal Governance of Air Pollution in China and the Countermeasures

At present, China's air pollution has become increasingly serious, entering the stage of regional and superimposed pollution, while the gradually worsened health of people has become an important manifestation of serious air pollution. There are many factors leading to the serious air pollution in China, and the legal aspects are mainly the defect of environmental litigation system and the problem of law enforcement model. This paper discusses the problems in the legal aspects of China's air pollution, and proposes countermeasures and viewpoints to this phenomenon.
