摘要
beta-N-Acetylhexosaminidase from Aspergillus oryzae catalyzes the transfer of N-acetylglucosamine moiety from pNP-beta-GlcNAc to mannose giving major product GlcNAc beta(1 <----> 1)Man beta (1a), and GlcNAc beta(1 <----> 3)Man alpha/beta (2a) and GlcNAc beta(1 <----> 6)Man alpha/beta (3a) as two minor products.
