摘要
The wavelet transform has a good property of denoising. An improved Particle Filters (PF) algorithm incorporated with wavelet transform, wavelet based Particle Filters (WPF), is given in this paper. This paper applies the denoising principle of wavelet transform to PF so as to reduce the variance of importance weights and improve the accuracy and stability of PF. From the simulation result we can see that the WPF algorithm is not only more accurate but also has higher rate of convergence than common PF algorithm.
