摘要
For enterprise performance, the payment management requires to make full use of employees' enthusiasm; the most important is to follow the principle "fairness". Actually, organization justice theory plays an important role in payment management, which can help the enterprise to set up a scientific payment management system. Anyway, the scientificity and fairness of payment management can make employees more active and energetic, which can also inspire their creativity. This article introduces the application of organization justice theory in daily management work and analyzes the problems suffered by the organization justice theory. Based on the problems, this article introduces the countermeasures so that references for a company to well manage the fairness of payment management are provided.
