摘要
Cotton-like mesoporous silica (CLM) was prepared by sol-gel technology. PW12-containing cotton-like mesoporous silica system (PW12@CLM) was studied with regard to its performance towards photodecolorization of Rhodamine B (RhB) dye solutions. The surface properties of the functionalized catalyst were analyzed by a series of characterization techniques like FTIR, XRD, N-2 adsorption-desorption, UV-vis and TEM. The photoefficiency of PW12@CLM towards photodecolorization of RhB was investigated in a photocatalytic reactor using UV lamp as a light source.
