Cultivating multi-talents with the integration of arts and science and synthetic innovation ability has become the new trend of international education revolution under the developing background of interdisciplines and the infiltration of liberal arts and science. Universities now should cultivate quality students with great vision, deep knowledge and profound quality. Based on the requirements and present situations of engineering education, the author puts forward the importance of humanistic quality education in engineering colleges, and discusses the methods and measures about how to carry out the humanistic quality education. The author points out that changing the teaching ideas, updating training mode, perfecting management system, improving teachers' occupational quality and expanding humanities quality education atmosphere are effective ways to carry out humanistic quality education in engineering colleges.
