Efficient Secure and Private Healthcare Data Transmission and Allocation in Cloud Environment

摘要
Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing (CC) and Wireless Body Area Network (WBANs) all together have generally influenced in electronic mobile healthcare. This leads to the security and privacy breaches. To address this, a Healthcare System framework is designed which collects the medical data from WBAN, transmit the data through Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). WSN allows more number of nodes to transmit the packets from source to destination that includes three technique 1) packet scheduler with multipath selection based upon monitor node 2) Node to Node compression done using Huffman Coding technique 3) By using Load Balancing technique. The data which is collected from many WBANs will be aggregated and stored in a file. The file will be uploaded to the cloud and retrieved by hospital staffs whenever required. Simulation results shows that the proposed system perform better than existing system with respect to packet delivery ratio, energy consumption and network lifetime.
