摘要
Stage-1 LiC6 was prepared from HOPG samples and reacted with several electrolytes of 1 moldm(-3) solution of LiPF6 in a single or binary organic solvent(s). The changes in the external aspects of the samples were described by photography and those in the crystal structure were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. Ternary CnLi(solv.)(y) were formed with all single solvent electrolytes except with ethylene carbonate (EC). The presence of EC in binary electrolytes is shown to significantly reduce the co-intercalation of organic molecules and thus enhance the electrolyte stability.
