摘要
A MAC-layer channel selection schem this paper for efficient discovery of spectrum op cognitive radio networks. In a practical un environment, secondary users are unaware of th statistics. Thus, in order to maximize the utiliza obtain fairly accurate estimations of spectrum with the actual sensing procedure, so as to lea which frequency channel. However, it is impor the time, energy and the potential opportu primary's behavior in all frequency bands. investigate a low- complexity method referred myopic scheme, inspired by myopic strate converges to the highest possible throughp learning primary's activity and finding the mo channels. We also show that the secondary inversely proportional to the lowest activity among all channels, rather than its average highly-congested channels do not reduce the cog The effect of sensing errors is also studied. S indicate the accuracy of our statements effectiveness of our scheme compared to the othe me is proposed in pportunities in the ncertain cognitive he primary traffic ation, they need to availability along arn when to sense rtant not to waste nities to explore In this work we d to as modified egy, whose gain put shortly after st likely available y performance is level of primary level. Therefore, gnitive user's gain. Simulation results as well as the er strategies.
