AN ANALYSIS OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY OF BIOENERGY MILLS

This paper is about the analysis of environmental responsibility and sustainability of bioenergy plants, under a legal bias, bringing the energy law for analysis by the environmental law, dealing with the legal and environmental aspects of renewable energy, bioenergy generated by sugarcane mills. Much has been discussed about the generation of power is a major cause of environmental degradation. In this paper, it is shown the incidence of environmental responsibility and as ethanol-producing plants become sustainable bioenergy production plants. About environmental responsibility, this is addressed in its triple aspect civil, administrative and criminal -in order to protect the environment in accordance with all legal dictates. Already the sustainability or sustainable development or eco-development, it is shown that the energy cogeneration plants can become self-sustaining, avoiding a greater issue.
