QUALITY OF WORK LIFE IN COVID-19 PANDEMIC TIMES

This research investigated the QWL of 103 basic education teachers from state, municipal and private schools. The TQWL-42 questionnaire was used as a research instrument. The questionnaire was distributed remotely in the second half of 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic. For data analysis, Microsoft Excel software was used. It was concluded that the general assessment of the teachers QWL had a low score, ranging from satisfactory to unsatisfactory. The low score is an alert for the lack of quality of life at work of the surveyed teachers. The pandemic may have influenced QVT results. The teachers' dissatisfaction with the increase in the working day with the pandemic is highlighted, with reflections on their personal and professional lives.
