摘要：
The main purpose of the laboratory of chemical metrology. BNM-LNE, is to develop primary reference methods and study their metrological qualities. Isotopic dilution using ICP/MS (mass spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma as ion source) combined with a metrological approach provides a good example of such a method for the determination of elements at low level content, carried out on simple or complex matrices.
