摘要：

Basing on researching the structure and characteristic of GPS P code, correlation acquisition algorithm was researched. Secondly, the more effective algorithm was improved and designed in two way. Finally, the two improved algorithms were analyzed, and the effective conclusion was present, in the same time the adaptive condition and actively factor are present.
