摘要
Objective: To study the changes in blood uric acid levels and the effects in patients with lupus nephritis. Methods: 120 cases of patients treated in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 were selected and divided into one normal group and one hyperuricemia group. Uric acid, renal pathological types and renal pathological damage scores of patients were collected and their correlations were compared. Results: The uric acid level of LN patients was negatively correlated with estimated glomerular filtration rate and positively correlated with renal pathological type and renal pathological damage score (P<0.05). Conclusion: In patients with LN, high blood uric acid levels may aggravate kidney damage.
