摘要
Three various impellers (Rushton and Smith turbines and A 315 one) were used for turbulent agitation of air-H2O and air-aq. soln. of sucrose systems in a baffled agitated vessel (0,2 m(3)) to det. the process characteristics. The gas hold-up and power consumption increased with increasing the impeller speed, gas flow rate and concn. of sucrose soln.
