摘要
The selective proximal vagotomy has a pathogenic action especially in stress ulcer complications. The aim of the new technique of SPV is to preserve the ligature of the stomach vessels in the region of the stomach corpus in order to prevent additional hypoxy. The normal perfusion of the stomach mucous ensure the regeneration and restoration of the mucous barrier trough adequate secretion of prostaglandins and mucus. This technique of SPV normalise the stomach mucous status trough the balance between the "aggressive" ( H+) and "defensive" Factors. The technique of cutting only the vagus branches without to damage the stomach vessels in the region of curvature minor uses the anatomical differences in that region. Haemostasis is very rare. The procedure is simple and is not time consuming.
