摘要：
In reservoir operation project, it is important to carry out risk management for the purpose of cutting down risk, reducing loss and obtaining maximum investment income. Based on the features of the reservoir operation project, this article has established basic concepts of risk management in reservoir operation project, designed the basic process of risk management and analyzed the relevant personnel allocation.
