Multiple sclerosis is a disorder with different forms of clinical presentation. The Brown-Sequard syndrome has occasionally been described in association with multiple sclerosis. We present the case of a patient whose initial clinical presentation of multiple sclerosis was the Brown-Sequard syndrome.
