摘要
The more objective assessment of pig meat yield quality and quantity, both alive and in carcass, was and is an up-to-datedness problem for scientific men and practitioners, either breeders or merchants or consumers. In this work we wanted to do a comparative study between the values of some pig carcass indices, from two breeding sectors and slaughtered in same conditions and by same technique.
