摘要
A hybrid envelope tracking scheme is proposed for concurrent dual-band power amplifiers (PAs). Ideal power supply sweeping measurement shows this scheme can improve the efficiency of dual-band PAs effectively. The feasibility of this scheme is validated using baseband and analog co-simulation with real large signal circuit models. (C) 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
