摘要
The present study aims to investigate the representation of women in various railway occupations, their condition, as well as examples of good practices for a better integration of women in the railway sector. We used a qualitative methodology that provides insight into the subjective experience of work stress, social support, customer interaction, job satisfaction and equal opportunities. The participants are 14 women employed in the railway sector and the method used is thematic analysis conducted on semi-structured interviews.
