Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in seawater using stir bar sorptive extraction-gas chromatography

摘要：

The determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in seawater was performed by stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE)-thermal desorption and gas chromatographic ( GC) analysis. The extraction conditions such as extraction time and addition of salt we're studied. The recoveries of the method were at the range of 33.5% similar to 122.4% for 16 PAHs. The limits of detection were 2.74 similar to 13.5 ng/L, the RSDs of the method were 3.8 similar to 13.1%. The PAHs in real life samples from the beaches of Dalian were determined by using SBSE-GC.
