摘要
Various businesses have tripped regional restrictions in past years and expanded towards internationalisation and globalisation. The ecological market also positively develops towards liberalisation and internationalisation. Along with the enhancement of national income and the change in social value, domestic employees obviously reduce the willingness of ecological work. Existing ecological employees, being attracted by living, might easily give up the ecological work. Moreover, the special workplace and long-period leave from family have native crew gradually make transfer and leave the ecological workplace. Aiming at employees of ecological industry in Shanghai, total 520 copies of questionnaire are randomly distributed and 359 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 69%. The retrieved questionnaire data are analysed with statistics software. The research results show significantly positive correlations between: (1) family support and recreational sports; (2) recreational sports and physical and mental health, and (3) family support and physical and mental health. According to the results, suggestions are proposed, expecting to assist domestic ecological industry in improving the problem of brain drain as well as promoting the employees retention intention and physical and mental health.
